Title: Intern

C2CPM, LLC is seeking an Intern to join our dynamic company. This is a great opportunity for a student seeking a career in property management, real estate investment, marketing, sales, or business. You will help us provide great housing to awesome people.

The Intern will assist our owner on various projects and tasks to gain experience in the field of property management and real estate investment. They will work on a wide variety of projects in the areas of Acquisition, Repairs, Leasing, and Management. Hours are flexible with a minimum of ten hours a week. This position is available starting in May. The intern will work both remotely and on location.

Projects/Learning Outcomes:

The intern will be supervised by a member of our management team and receive training on running a small property management business. The intern will learn project management skills, as well as higher proficiency of MS Suite skills, as well as sales skills, and identifying investment opportunities. The intern will work with external vendors, learn about tracking profitability, pro forma statements, and gain exposure to the real estate investments.

The role will not be dull and the intern will have an opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of property management. This is a great opportunity to enhance skills in organization, multi-tasking, communications, and learn about property management

Qualifications and Requirements:
-General Business Knowledge – a few business courses or experience working in an office
-Use of MS Office suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint helpful
-Enrolled in a college degree program
-Strong communication (oral, writing, presentation) skills
-Detail Oriented
-Professional presence and demeanor
